We do not wait 2 or 3 days to process your order like most online stores, we process it on the very day you make the order as customer service is of paramount importance to us.
If an item is not delivered and is returned to AusCufflinks due to the address provided being incorrect, there will be an additional postage charge to resend the item. Should the error be due to incorrect addressing by AusCufflinks we will resend at no additional charge.
If an item is not delivered, please notify us as soon as possible, within 20 days of despatch. The matter will be investigated by Australia Post. The investigation process can take up to ten business days and we are unable to take any further action until this process occurs. Undelivered items advised more than 20 days after despatch will not be replaced.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility for Customs or other Duties at country of delivery.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money back including the cost of regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package.
We require you to contact us first (email@example.com) to advise us of the fault.
If it is a change of mind, we will still refund you your purchase cost but will not be liable for the postage cost back to us.
